Maturity Options Charter Savings Bank

We’ve listened to your feedback and we’ve now made improvements to the way you select your maturity options…

If you’ve used this service before, you’ll still need to choose the account that’s due to mature and select ‘Maturity options’ from the drop down menu, but when you go through to the next screen, you’ll see we’ve made changes to guide you through the process a little easier.

If you’re new to us, you can see what your journey will look like below.

What’s changed?

We’ve made it simpler to choose where you’d like to move your money to at maturity – your new page will give you two options as you can see below. Before you move on, make sure you scroll down and take a look at the ‘Important information on selecting your options’.

Maturity Options Charter Savings Bank

As always, if you don’t see any maturity options that suit how you’d like to save, you can open a new account from our website in just a few simple steps. It will appear as one of your existing account options within 24 hours.

We’ve also enhanced the viewing, making it compatible with mobile and tablet, so you can choose your options easily, whilst out and about.

We’d love your feedback

We always like to hear your thoughts on our services, even newly improved ones like this. We regularly send surveys to ask how we did but if you’d like to tell us something in the meantime, please use one of the many methods found on our Contact us page.
